This is highly educational and it serves as a poignant touchstone of cultural enlightenment for anyone who is interested in exercising some independent thought outside the proverbial “box.” Race relations, learned helplessness, and rampant systemic injustice can all be addressed if we work on resolving a severe empathy deficit profusely engulfing this country. The Angry Eye can be rough to watch for some but honestly, I would recommend that everyone see it at least once. It’s really important. It’s also interesting to watch, Jane Elliot conducts the same experiment on adults and they behave very differently than the teenagers did. And not in a good way.

I watched the full thing a long time ago, and I agree it’s rough, but it’s exactly what people need to see.
