This is getting ridiculous! I had a fender bender last Saturday, Jan. 8th, and I have car insurance. Comprehensive if you’re interested. Unfortunately, Allstate still hasn’t fixed my car.

What’s the point in paying auto insurance premiums if Allstate just fails to deliver the service that they’re paid for? I’m sure if one of their precious, policy-holders failed to make a regular payment they wouldn’t hesitate to cut or delay their coverage.

In the meantime, I’m a grown man who actually has to bum rides from friends and co-workers just to get to and from work; which says nothing of my presently crippled transportation-less social life at the moment. In fact, if I want a little independence while Allstate takes their lazy sweet time to process my collision claim, I have to dole out a small fortune in cab fare.

I’m definitely NOT in good hands with Allstate. Tell your friends. Tell your neighbors. Because I can tell you that I’m certainly telling everyone I know at work and in my social circle. Allstate is a bust! True story. Based on my own personal experience, I would never EVER choose to insure anything with Allstate’s third-rate, ultra-delayed, incompetent service, nor would I ever recommend them.
