Just found a dope dish blog on the fitness journey of 28 monster days. Most impressed by her “vegan protein” concoction. It’s almost like she’s a mad fitness chemist or something. I think I may actually try her vegan protein shake. Do you see any powders with crazy, nasty aftertaste? I don’t. “Just berries and juices.” Hmm… 

Breakfast – Infamous vegan protein shake, berries, 1/4 banana, 1 piece of pineapple, melon and cantaloupe. Water.
